These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and of the text messaging program operated by R&R Group LLC, dba The Pet Parlor, 5949 Hollister Ave, Ste A, Goleta, CA 93117. By using this website or submitting our appointment request form, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, to submit our appointment request form, and to consent to receive text messages from us. By submitting the form you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18.

SMS text messaging program

Program description

R&R Group LLC's text messaging program sends transactional, one-to-one messages to people who opted in on our website form: confirmations and reminders about their dog's grooming appointments. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the appointment request form on this website. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We never message anyone who did not opt in, and we do not use purchased, rented or affiliate lead lists.

Message frequency, rates and carriers

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out — reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also call (805) 998-9402 or email [email protected] to be removed. Reply START to opt back in.
